PVC water supply pipes

PVC water supply pipes are manufactured primarily from sanitary-grade polyvinyl chloride resin, with the addition of measured quantities of stabilisers, lubricants, fillers, colourants, and other additives. They are produced through extrusion moulding using plastic extruders and injection moulding using injection moulding machines, followed by processes including cooling, curing, shaping, inspection, and packaging.

  • No impact on water quality: Dissolution testing confirms no adverse effect on water quality, making it suitable for widespread application.
