Connection Method:

PVC insulated flame-retardant electrical conduits and fittings are joined using PVC adhesive bonding.Specific instructions are as follows:

1. Cutting the Conduit

• Use specialised shears or a steel saw to cut the PVC electrical conduit to the required length.

• Ensure the cut surface is flat and smooth; chamfering can be achieved using the back of the shears.

2. Joining Pipes and Fittings

• Ensure all bonding surfaces are clean before and after connection.

• Apply adhesive evenly to:

• the outer surface of the pipe’s insertion end, and

• the inner surface of the fitting’s socket.

• After approximately one minute, firmly insert the pipe into the fitting to secure it.

• Avoid unnecessary twisting. The joint will set within 10 minutes.

3. Bending Pipes

• Insert the appropriate specification bending spring (provided by our factory) into the pipe to perform bending.

• Observe the following precautions:

• Use only the corresponding specification spring supplied by our factory. Mixing specifications or models may damage both the spring and the pipe.

• Proceed slowly during bending to prevent damage.

• Do not forcefully retract the bent section before removing the spring, as this may cause damage.

• If the spring is difficult to remove, rotate it counterclockwise while pulling outward. As the spring’s outer diameter contracts, removal will become easier.
